Ephoca / INNOVA equipment & support entry point
Ephoca has returned to the INNOVA name. AIO equipment is a single-package heat pump with wall air passages, not a conventional mini-split with an outdoor condenser and field-installed refrigerant lines. Choose wall-mounted, ceiling or vertical-stack documentation, generation and installed accessories separately.

- Match full equipment and controller models, refrigerant, region and document revision.
- Use the unit wiring label and OEM specifications. A related brand name or similar cabinet does not prove compatibility.
- Isolate power, secure against restart and prove it absent before resistance tests or repairs. Follow approved capacitor and inverter discharge procedures.
- Preserve safety interlocks and refrigerant mitigation. Stop on unsafe conditions or suspected leakage.
