Ductless DC fan, wheel and louvers troubleshooting
Moves air across indoor and outdoor coils using model-specific motor drives, feedback and air-direction controls.
Failure causes
Choose a cause for symptoms, checks that separate it from similar faults, repair direction and verification.
DC motor, drive or feedback fault →The fan cannot follow its command, or its speed feedback is missing or implausible.Dirty wheel, coil or blade obstruction →Debris, coil restriction or physical interference reduces airflow or raises motor load.Louver drive or air-distribution problem →A stuck air-direction mechanism or an unsuitable setting sends air away from the intended room area.
