Failure causes
Choose a cause for symptoms, checks that separate it from similar faults, repair direction and verification.
Sensor or defrost-control fault →An incorrect temperature input or control failure prevents the required frost response.Outdoor drain or ice obstruction →Water from frost removal cannot leave the cabinet or freezes into a flow or fan obstruction.Normal defrost, fan delay or capacity limit →The machine temporarily changes operation for frost removal or operates within its actual low-ambient capacity envelope.
