What happens
A valve position or incorrect installation charge prevents the intended refrigerant circulation.
Typical symptoms
New system has poor capacity or faults soon after its first start.
Checks that distinguish this cause
Check documented service-valve state, factory-charge allowance and line-length adjustment before altering charge. Review weighed amounts and model test conditions, rather than diagnosing from pressure alone.
What can look similar
Incorrect zone pairing, mode conflict or restricted airflow can imitate a commissioning charge problem.
Repair direction
Correct the confirmed valve or charge condition with the specified tools and recovery procedure.
Verify the repair
Record final valve state, weighed adjustment and stabilized performance in the required test mode.
Equipment-specific limits
Use actual refrigerant, pipe sizes, equivalent lengths, elevation and charging instructions. Do not apply a conventional fixed-speed subcooling target to an arbitrary inverter speed. This piping guide does not apply to a factory-sealed monoblock.
