What happens
An installation accessory or surrounding layout does not suit the actual cabinet and wall configuration.
Typical symptoms
New installation is noisy or underperforms after a cabinet or wall-layout change.
Checks that distinguish this cause
Identify cabinet style, generation, adapter and louver part numbers. Compare service and operating clearances with the exact installation drawing.
What can look similar
A clogged coil or room load beyond capacity can still affect a correctly installed cabinet.
Repair direction
Correct the documented installation mismatch through an approved configuration.
Verify the repair
Verify clearances, service access and both air paths before commissioning.
Equipment-specific limits
Applies to compatible AIO/Unico-style equipment, not a conventional split outdoor condenser. Adapter geometry, hole size, clearance and sealing requirements depend on the cabinet and model.
