Carries the documented power and communication paths between indoor units, outdoor controls and optional distribution equipment.
Failure causes
Choose a cause for symptoms, checks that separate it from similar faults, repair direction and verification.
Miswired, damaged or unsuitable interconnect →Incorrect terminal correspondence, an interrupted conductor or unsuitable cable prevents reliable communication. One communicating unit has lost power →A unit cannot communicate because its required supply or internal control power is absent.Board, address or network configuration fault →An incompatible controller, wrong address or failed communication interface prevents the intended nodes from exchanging valid information.
