Online-direct ductless (Aura and LETO series) common in DIY and budget installs. Same rule as every internet brand: photograph the data plate — the model number is your only path to parts. Ductless reference: Select the LETO, AURA or multi-zone manual and the correct refrigerant generation. Senville maintains separate R-454B documentation; older service tables must not be assumed correct for newer equipment.
